The tenant is required to provide a comprehensive credit report and proof of employment. This
report must meet or exceed the landlord's satisfaction criteria, as determined solely by the
landlord.
The tenant is obligated to secure and provide proof of a homeowner's insurance policy with a
minimum coverage of two million dollars ($2,000,000) prior to taking occupancy. The policy must
remain in effect for the duration of the tenancy.
